Poor tire room design, POS software is run remotely so any hiccup in the internet can break things, long hours, low pay, a sense of competition amongst employees while maintaining that we're just like family, price gouging on part price markups based on industry standards, very poor benefits package even for retail, the automotive industry is filled with racists and xenophobic bigots that have no issue using slurs at work

Below average pay. Long hours. Short staffing. Micromanaging. A lot if responsibilities. Certain members of upper management do not respect mental illness.
