Being a General Manager at Tire Discounters is like running your own small business. As the leader of the store, General Managers are responsible for every sale, every service, every customer, and every employee that walks through their door. To run their store efficiently, our General Managers are also responsible for inventory and ensuring all policies and procedures are being followed.
