Pros

- great people. experienced, hard-working, and enjoyable to work with - fun startup perks, like free snacks and swag - good benefits as far as startups go - company is already public, so equity has a value - quality equipment (monitors, PCs, standing desks, etc)

Cons

- lack of stability (comes with the territory as a startup) - various growing pains associated with rapid scale up of personnel and ops - public company media circus can be a distraction

The environment is fast paced, the work is exciting, and my individual efforts impact the company. Very rewarding. Lot of great engineering experience.

Pay could be better. Still getting salary raise program set up
