Highly intelligent, talented and friendly employees; competitive pay; nice office and work environment; great customers and cool market niche.
Cons
Under-qualified employees placed in management roles; arbitrary and ever-changing job titles and org structure; most of Development team located in India and not integrated well with other teams (silo); company's future too reliant on vacillating, whim-based decisions made by upper management; lack of defined product strategy; communication and cultural differences not addressed in a meaningful way; low moral among Austin employees; lack of emphasis on creating mobile-friendly software.
