- Free food - Not much manager interaction - work without supervision

Cons

- too much labor, running cable, terminating ends - Equipment that doesn't work - Product that doesn't work - No time to eat or use bathroom - Very little time to complete tasks - Poor if little training - Company is in a rush to force installs into location
