      Pros

      I've worked at a few different companies and one of the major pros of working at Toast is the Leadership team. I have found that they are as transparent as they can be, given the uncertainty in the economy right now.

      Cons

      Working for a company that supports the restaurant industry is tough because we don't know what the future holds given the economic concerns.
