Please don't be discouraged to apply here by the headline. However, if you aren't white and under thirty you will feel out of place. I didn't notice it much but its an issue. Just look at the people working there. No one was ever rude or mean to me but man do they have a type! It gets weird but al in all Its a great company to work for I LEARNED SO MUCH and I am forever grateful. My boss was ok young and not patient at all. He did try and help when he could.

With that said they have unrealistic goals and also need to really work on hiring more restaurant success managers and or better customer service. What good is it that you have this obtainable software but fail to help them will need be. As much as you want them to be self sufficient they won't be. You make it hard for sales to ask for that referral because we lack in the customer service/help area. Also, do not make mentors current account executives. They WILL NOT HELP new AE's if they have there own deadlines to meet!!
