      - Inclusive culture - Smart people with real personalities and quirks (in a good way) - Interesting problems to solve - Customers (restaurants) are eager to provide feedback and collaborate

      Cons

      - Struggling restaurant industry during the pandemic - Cut too many jobs too quickly during the pandemic (50% employees were laid off)

      Culture is phenomenal amongst the sales org!

      Cons

      Sales is wildly underpaid for what they have to endure to work with the emotional customers that exist in this industry. Additionally, no matter how good you are at your job the pay is entirely ran by the receptiveness of your market to the product which is vastly different depending on your territory.

      -Great tech/product for the restaurant industry -Emerging product for Enterprise restaurants -Servant leadership from the top - best leadership team I've ever worked for ( good humans) -Very cool projects and overall awesome job opportunity -Awesome culture, everyone wanted to make a difference and was always willing to support you in anything

      Cons

      -Low pay for the industry, but they were making adjustments accordingly -Business crumbled within 3 weeks
