      Pros

      Toast has been nothing but wonderful to work for. The culture is un-paralleled, and everyone here is equally as passionate about what we're doing and the product we're putting out. There's a unique transparency into the higher-level side of things here as well. I haven't regretted working here for a second - and even though things can certainly get hectic at times, it's well worth it to be part of a company that genuinely cares about it's staff and customers. The company really values career growth, and wants people to come in and grow not only with the company but as individuals.

      Cons

      It's a start-up so there can definitely be moments where things get super hectic, but if you're up for the challenge of helping to create the best product in the industry then it's well worth the hard work.

      A Bright Future for Toasters

      Pros

      - Awesome people and staff - Motivating - Flexible schedule - Part-time/full-time options - Great pay & benefit options - Spectacular product

      Cons

      - Disorganized (improving as time goes on) - Lack of unity and flow between departments - SLOW at making decisions and getting things done. (hiring process especially) - Apparent confusion from management about their role and expectations

      Being a Toaster can be pretty cool

      Great people, great culture, open environment to connect with people in different departments if you have questions or suggestions.

      Cons

      Due to the fact Toast is growing rapidly, there are times when things get lost in translation...management can be a little scatterbrained.
