      Pros

      Working at Toast is exciting, engaging and you feel like you're making a real difference. Working on products that support real-life people in the restaurant industry is meaningful, and the team is super smart and dedicated to the mission and goals.

      Cons

      Raises and promotions are tough, the company is still in a middle-stage where growth is hard-earned, but it happens.

      Pros

      Great teammates, great people in general at Toast. Growth opportunities to a certain point. Recognized product and expanding in the market.

      Cons

      Used to not be but has become very political and very “who you know not what you know”. If you get on leadership’s bad side, you won’t have opportunity to continue to grow.
