-Senior leadership are genuinely good people and do right by their employees and customers - Toast is always innovating and it feels good to be working for the market leader -Most people work hard and are bought in to the vision -Great opportunities for growth and income potential

Cons

-it’s a fast growing company, so internal systems sometimes don’t keep up with the growth. Minor gripe.
