      Pros

      - Develop skills making healthy, tasty smoothies and panini wraps - Somewhat flexible hours and understanding owners - Everyone (customers and employees) always in a good mood/friendly - Tips often generous

      Cons

      - Can be intense during lunch rushes/weekends (not a problem for people who like the challenge) - Customers can be unreasonable, requiring conflict resolution strategies (uncommon) - Depending on number of employees/season it can be hard to get more than 20-25hr per week

      Pros

      Being able to be your true self and also being able to be successful inside out of work!

      Cons

      at times it can be hard to keep all times zones in line and make sure one person isn't feeling the brunt, but we try really hard.

      Pros

      Literally everything. They truly care about their employees. They do things to make It fun (trivia, how to classes, etc!) and treat you like an adult instead of a high schooler. Good pay Good benefits Flexible Friendly Great training Fun No micromanagement I could go on forever!

      That I didn’t seek them out sooner :-)
