      Pros

      Their health care plan starts day one.

      Cons

      Training is not comprehensive enough, and cannot keep up with the constant band-aids in terms of software updates.

I'm not sure when you left, but I'm happy to share that we have been focused on enhancing our enablement and onboarding programs to best equip Toasters across the company.       -I feel apart of a team here, and like I can go to management for anything -There is an upward career path for myself -My team is AWESOME, someone is always willing to step in and help out when needed -The perks and benefits, and company culture all align with my values and goals and the importance on DEI -Toast values their employees and it shows through action.
