      Great place for growth

      Pros

      The company is growing and there are lots of opportunities for you to advance your career if that is something you're after. I feel honored to work for such a great company and I'm surrounded by smart people with a great culture. I would say that Toast is not perfect. No company is, the one thing I am always impressed with is that toast has a lot of transparency and we are continuously getting better as we learn from ourselves.

      Cons

      The compensation is reasonable, but I think there are opportunities for Toast to be just a little bit more competitive.
