      Pros

      Toast looks out for all employees no matter what position you hold within the organization. Everyone wants to see you grow and succeed. By far the best company I have worked for.

      Cons

      I don't have anything bad to say about Toast and their mission.

      Pros

      The freedom of this job is unparalleled. If you have great work ethic and great time management skills you will literally be able to do anything you want at any time. The pay is also pretty good. The better you do the more you get paid.

      Cons

      Sometimes too much freedom and self accountability needed. It's easy to get lost in this job and overwhelmed. If you can prioritize level of importance and just keep hammering away from the top down on level of importance you will be fine.

      Pros

      Great company culture - with new hiring so high, everyone is really new and leans in to support each other

      Cons

      It is not the place to be for someone who wants to just do their job and be done - you will do your job and lots of other responsibilities, which is the start-up nature.
