      False Promises

      Pros

      The pay was decent, the perks were nice, but I couldn't get on board with the false promises.

      Cons

      When I was hired it was all about how flexible and family-friendly they are, but when I needed that flexibility it wasn't an option. I even offered to reduce my lunch but was told an hour is required.

      Awesome company who really care about their customers and employees

      Pros

      Passionate leadership, lot's of humility, feels like a non-profit in the sense that everyone is very mission driven on solving challenges within the Restaurant community.

      Cons

      Really fast. Not exactly a Con, but you need to be ready for the pace
