Cons

Every department uses different software, so the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. Data is everywhere, it's not a good thing. People utilize it to fit their narrative in order to be seen as experts and meet their OKR's instead of being given the time needed to get the full picture, especially if it shows Toast in a positive light. No identified user accessibility requirements tied to position level, so you're left fighting for access. Legacy employees voices hold so much weight and respect that new employees are assumed to be the ones in the wrong. Different company standards for new employees in comparison to standards set by department. Death by meetings that could have been emails and interrupt time to actually complete work.
