      Great internal culture, company values feedback, clear projectory for career growth within the company

      Cons

      Quotas not reflective of territories, restaurant owners are very difficult to work with, monthly quotas are difficult to attain depending on your market

      Pros

      Good Benefits PTO, bonuses, stock options etc (besides insurance).

      Cons

      Turning HIGHLY "corporate" and losing what made it the Unicorn it once was. Corporate is not a bad thing of course but in these terms the bottom line is all that matters and the share price. The will preach culture but none of it matters anymore if it doesnt increase share price.

      Pros

      Very inclusive and lots of opportunity to grow. There's always an incentive to make more money when you maintain and surpass monthly/quarterly goals.

      Cons

      Stressful - as management finds new ways to improve operations and company revenue, this trickles into onboarding, making meeting goals/metrics more challenging. The onboarding team recognizes this and has tried to implement conversion systems that offset the goals.
