      Amazing Culture and People Probably the best POS product in the industry Pretty good health benefits Avg pay for

      Cons

      My only con is they need to invest in enterprise systems and infrastructure to streamline operations. They are scaling quick so need to invest in tools and a tech stack to manage large accounts and launches.

      Great company with flexible PTO, but internal issues persist

      great company, commission, and market share/product. Flexible PTO and good benefits

      Cons

      if you're an SMB AE, get ready to be a CSM, onboarding consultant, continues line to call for problems. So much of the job was also fighitng internal teams. Large public company so biggest issues came from within, large deaprtments with no clear comms on who does what and left customers out to dry. Low base pay
