Great company to work for, BUT, must like the restaurant world

Pros

Amazing culture, great co-workers, training is outstanding, the amount of support and resources you receive is amazing. Salary is decent especially as you hit the different bonuses.

Cons

Fast growth means problems with products and not all installers are good. People in the restaurant industry are extremely annoying to deal with as they're usually terrible business people and they think owning a little restaurant is the equivalent to being the founder of a billion dollar company.

-Really interesting job in which you can meet a lot of really interesting people -truly best product in the market -enjoyable coworkers

Cons

-not particularly competitive base salary -success is highly dependent on territory -“just get it done somehow” vibe from management in regards to deeply ambitious goals
