Pros

The supervisors were nice and supportive. The company makes me feel like a family and not so much pressure. The service provided is good and not focuses too much on sales target but instead risk management.

Cons

Time working schedule is very strict. Salary is not so high in general so employees feel lack of motivation to develop and work out of their scopes.
