      Great people. Lots of equipment to work and learn from. Travel for training and OJ training.

      Cons

      Lack of training on the new site or proper OJT. Lack of support.

      Starting pay floats around the average for a recent grad doing field service work.

      Cons

      A very stressful environment in the industry can be somewhat difficult to look past. Not a good work/life balance but typical in the industry.
