Dishonest and unethical

Pros

Great bonus, get to clock more hours than you actually work, 2-3 hour lunch breaks, and you are almost instantly considered an expert on tools when dealing with customers(usually a month on a tool means you’re an expert in TEA standards) which can be a good resume boost.

Cons

Lying to customers is frequent, H.R. is clueless on what happens in day-day operations, management is very inconsistent in every aspect, nepotism is huge and is one of the biggest drivers of success within TEA, there’s a good “ole boy’s club” that makes a hostile work environment in certain locations, certain experienced FSEs know how to manipulate management/H.R., many teams across the country are not ethically friendly, one team had an experienced engineer that got every new young black employee fired that was on the team, procedures are poorly translated or terribly written, and little to no home life if you are a traveler.
