Pros

The Semiconductor industry is one of the most exciting in the world, and TEL is a leader in many segments of capital equipment - directly supporting household names like Intel and Samsung. TEL treats its employees very well, and the people are genuine.

Pros

Lots of different shifts Easy to move up Coworkers are amazing Safety meetings usually come with donuts or bagels

Cons

Most shifts are 12 hours Mandatory overtime It would’ve been better to have better training You are not directly hired and it could take years to be hired directly
