Pros

Benefits, Paid Time Off, Bonuses are all excellent. Great culture in the company. I have now worked at two different locations for two different customers and each was fantastic. The work revolves around some of the latest technology out there. TEL also holds on to employees in a downturn, other companies may lay off. With TEL, you may have to travel for work, but you will still have a job.

Cons

Starting off as a contract employee can get extremely frustrating. Especially for those with a family. Takes what feels like forever to get hired on full time.
