The atmosphere is great and the people are very welcoming and professional. The semiconductor field in general provides good job security with substantial growth predicted for the foreseeable future. It is very satisfying to be part of a strong successful global team supporting such large and important customers. Tokyo Electron understand the importance of recognizing and rewarding hard work. The best benefits package I have ever experienced. Good communication from top down.

Cons

It was difficult to start employment during the pandemic and I am sure my new employee experience would have been better in different times.
