      Pros

      The job pays decently well, and there is a lot of help from coworkers and direct supervisors.

      Cons

      The hours can be very inconsistent. Sometimes there will be no overtime or sometime there is 20 hours of overtime. The training and manuals are practically nonexistent and you have to make due with whatever advice you are given. Also, if you are a contractor don't expect to be hired on regardless of what you're told.
