      Lower, middle, and upper-level management truly cares for their employees and customer. They are others-focused and want everyone to be happy and growing in the company. There is great collaboration and opportunities to learn and grow. There are a lot of fun employee engagement initiatives.

      Long tenure and low turnover means it takes longer to promote to other roles.
