Pros

- Great team to work with. Very supportive and collaborative environment. - Great company and vision. Heading in a good direction. - In-depth training for new employees at training facilities and lots of OJT. - Job stability as long as you as you perform well.

Cons

- Pay is not the most competitive in the industry. Raises are barely higher than the rate of inflation. - Work/life balance can get difficult at times, but sometimes able to take comp days. - Internal programs/systems are outdated and can be hard to navigate. - Lack of mentorship.

Pros

TEL does not treat you like a number. They value you as a person and as a contributor to their business. You are not treated like a number. Everyone who works here has a long tenure - that says something about TEL as a company.

Cons

If you are unfamiliar with the semiconductor industry, the terminology, etc. than you are in for one heck of a learning curve.
