Pros

Compressed schedule. Relaxed dress code.

Cons

Hired as a contractor. Was implied after one year I could be 'hired.' This is untrue. Any openings are moved to other departments. They aren't hiring anyone. Temp agency benefits are garbage. Management is never around. They do not hold people accountable. Communication doesn't exist. Employees are lazy. They receive large bonuses twice a year based off of everyone's work. Most can't even do half the work contractors do. Getting time off is a joke. No paid holidays.
