      Seems to be a great company in regards to pay, benefits, bonuses etc.

      Cons

      The type of work and scope of work as an engineer is very dependent on your group. Some groups seem to be working with the customer very often while others seem more laid back and office work. This is mainly due to customer demands and expectations.

      Pros

      Interesting and challenging topics with decent benefits and pay. Some talented people to work with.

      Cons

      Disorganized and constantly changing roles, negative/hostile working environment. I have never been treated so terribly by coworkers with no repercussions. Understaffed to an absurd extent, everyone lives in cliques and talks negative about eachother as a culture. Working hours expected are unreasonable with salary. Also very little to no training or instruction but expectations are high. I felt miserable going to work each day.
