Some good employees. Fun place and work changes constantly.

Cons

Benefits keep getting cut. Pay raises don't keep up with cost of living. Middle managment is horrible. Only relatives and drinking buddies get promoted

Top management clearly values the company's employees, both in Austin and in Japan. Wonderful CSR program and highly respectful culture. Very focused on employee engagement and work/life balance.
