Pros

Great benefits that are extremely competitive for the area. Great people to work with. Management is very friendly and easy to work for.

Cons

Poor practices reduce work output. Processes are broken. Still using manual data entry into excel for too many things. PLM system is in dyer need! Implementing Agile or other PLM system would literally pay for itself in about 18 months.
