      Pros

      Good atmosphere, great team players, good package at the moment If everything stays the same .

      Cons

      Pay increase poor, money is OK with car alowance and shift allowance. Shift is not guaranteed. Location is not guaranteed so could be forced to travel worldwide on less money because you lose shift. Complete uncertainty regards job future pay career advancement etc

      Excellent benefits, solid leadership, strong teamwork and a company that is truly committed to the customer.

      Cons

      Can't think of any justification for wh you would look at other companies in the semiconductor marketplace besides TEL.

      Good salary and benefits package

      Cons

      Producta are not up to par with the Tokyo Electron Japan equipment. Sales, Engineering and Management push forward with inferior products without the collaborative cooperation and inputs from the Field Support Organization or its potential and existing customers.
