Pros

-Morally conscious. I've been told to NEVER lie to a customer no matter the outcome. -Excellent training -Great people to work with -Good compensation -Fair medical benefits

Cons

-The company is losing a bit of its customer focus. Bean counters are pervading the "make customers happy" decisions. This used not to be the case. -0% travel or 95+% travel for field personnel. -The Medical/Dental used to be outstanding, now every year there is an erosion.

The organization understands strategy in positioning itself for the future in the semi conductor industry. Management is not overbearing. Benefits are on part if not better than most major organizations.

Cons

The potential for changing shift times and the possible loss of work due to contract.
