Good atmosphere, great team players, good package at the moment If everything stays the same .

Cons

Pay increase poor, money is OK with car alowance and shift allowance. Shift is not guaranteed. Location is not guaranteed so could be forced to travel worldwide on less money because you lose shift. Complete uncertainty regards job future pay career advancement etc

Pros

-Comfortable working environment -Free lunch -Free accommodation -Nice colleagues -Over time pay(most of companies in Taiwan don't pay for OT)

Cons

-Most of managers are Japanese, promotion is limited. -Japanese speaking and listening are required, otherwise engineers have to take long time to communicate. -Limited job rotation, insufficient training for engineer(most of training is on job training).
