      Good toilet, have barista in office and free food on some days.

      Cons

      Very bad office politics. Colleagues and bosses are mostly very selfish and toxic. Bosses want you to listen and worship them like god. No guidance at work since first day. Unless you can abandon your ethics, carry your bosses balls and sabotage your colleagues at work, you cannot be promoted. If you are unable to enter the bosses inner circle, you will not have a future nor good life. Think twice before joining. Bad bonus payout due to poor business for these few years.
