Pros

Better than average pay and benefits when compared to peers in the industry. Comfortable work environment that affords diversity and opportunity within the company. Luxury builder that will do everything to protect the brand and satisfy customers.

Cons

Hierarchical structure and silo mentality can be painful. Lots of unnecessary paperwork. Archaic accounting system. False belief in a "project manager uber alles" structure that limits other important business units recognition and effectiveness.

Great place to learn that this is not a real career! Go back to the drawing board. You are temporary! They will promise the moon, but all you will end up with is a bad taste in your mouth!

Cons

You will never move up the ladder. You will never escape the multiple layers of micro-management. You are a number. Most people last only a few years in the sales department. Again this is not a career. This job is a joke and the people laughing at you are the upper management. Good luck.
