Pros

Vacation houses are awesome to use. Benefits include discounted stock shares and health/life insurance. The amount of vacation days go up after you've been there for five years.

Cons

Trying to take a vacation or just simply a day off during "peak" periods is difficult. No work/home balance. Expect to work every weekend and only take vacations in the summer. Pay is not good. Other new home builders have better pay rates and bonuses. There is a big disconnect between upper management and sales people. The company seems to have no clue what is going on in the market and what trends are hot. They are very slow to make change and very cheap.

Pros

Good people, excellent training, good benefits, excellent brand

Cons

No work life balance, due to no weekends off other than summer program.. Other home builders have better programs to compensate for working many weekends a year. Pay is okay but not a lot of room for increase.
