Wow, where do I begin? This company has no regards for its employees. They are very unfair and will forget that you have a family. Although we are completely understaffed, they continue to pile on more and more work that should be handled by upper management. Marketing does not do its job to market the communities. They instead claim that they are so busy and that the people working in the communities need to think of ways to market their own communities, which takes away from selling and time with customers. All this always leads to unhappy homeowners. In addtion they take FOREVER to build a home! For a small 2000 sq. ft. home they will take about 12 months. While other large builders can build the same home in 4 months. The pay is awful and the hours are long. Expect to work more than 50 hours a week and forget about having any days off.

Long work hours. Little room for growth as the senior managers have been with the company forever and there are just not many senior positions. Monday evening meetings can last until well after 11pm AFTER working all day....complete waste of time and disregard for personal time. Project Managers WITH FAMILIES beware!! Be prepared to work long hours and many weekends at your families expense....no work/life balance.
