Pros

The divisions I worked were are great. Very caring and do their best to make you feel welcome. Benefits package is another thing that makes it worth working here.

Cons

Pay is not great. Especially for the amount of work they give. Certain people in upper management don’t care about getting to know their people before dissolving their positions . They wear you thin with the amount of work by removing co-workers and not replacing them with new employees and then they don’t promote or compensate the ones left behind but will tell you they will help you in anyway they can. I have had to work through several weekends to try and keep up. So have fun with that.

Still is a quality builder with good standards!

Cons

Left behind their legacy of being a "luxury, semi-custom" home builder by abandoning their plethora of options to customers. Started to become more of a regular "production builder" rather than a "luxury" one.

Misfortune of Working Under Negative Manager

Pros

Company culture is great. Room to grow. Interact with public. Opportunity to be present at a happy time in peoples' lives. Work day 10AM - 5PM or 11AM-6PM is great.

Cons

My personal experience was hampered by an unprofessional manager. If not for that employee, I would have liked to follow a career path with Toll. Also, you may be required to work weekend, if that is an issue for you, confirm in advance.
