The studio manager is MIA most of the time. Provides no support or guidance when needed. Admittedly does not respond to most email. Waited over 3 weeks for a response on an urgent issue with a buyer and was ignored even with corporate and DP cc'd on email thread. The design department of experienced designers is micromanaged by corporate and studio manager on insignificant details. The workload is absolutely unreasonable. They do not allow time for paperwork or even lunch! Constantly changing the process to address isolated incidents that are just part of the homebuilding.
