      Lifeguarding at regency at Glen Ellen

      Pros

      I really enjoyed my time at Glen Ellen. The coworkers were very friendly and supportive considering it was a new development. I was responsible for all lifeguards working that summer and I ensured all lifeguards got equal hours.

      Cons

      As a lifeguard in a small pool there was only one lifeguard with little to no time off. Many of the residence would complain about unnecessary problems for a lifeguard expecting me to solve their problem.
