All "Problems" Run Down Hill...to sales

Brand Recognition --even if not justly deserved

Cons

Management takes no responsibility and is purely reactionary. All problems will be passed down the chain as far as possible. All concerns will never go "Up" to anyone who cares. So many layers of bureaucracy that it's impossible to make things better. I experienced so much retaliation for merely pointing these things out. If an issue was raised, the standard was response was, "Maybe, you're the real problem."

Cons

Long story short, ops team and division do not know what they’re doing. Everything is as clear as mud and never nothing is ever fixed.
