Pros

They pay competitively and perhaps better than other production builders. They offer bonuses and based on milestones. They offer other cash incentives based on customer reviews.

Cons

It's difficult to find the balance between production time and quality standards. I wasn't good at communicating problems that slowed down production because I found myself too busy to take the time to do so.

Pros

I love working the clients who want and can afford to buy a Toll Brothers home

Cons

They force more on Construction Teams than Sales Teams. Sales rallies are a waste of time. Very little encouragement to the sales agents. They make it very difficult to sell a home. Once you are a sales assistant it is tough to move up; unless management likes you.
