      Pros

      Plenty of hours! They will let you work until you fall over from exhaustion. The boxes are really nice, though not customizable.

      Cons

      You will NEVER get a bonus. They do not give bonuses to their surveyors. Ever. Insurance is very expensive, and not very good at all. You are expected to work at least 10+ hours of overtime every week. Expect to get around 500 hours of overtime. You do not get paid drive time to and from the jobsite. Trucks are old, high mileage, bottom tier F150 XL.

      Terrible upward leadership

      Pros

      Pay was the best thing, but nothing to write home about.

      Cons

      Upper management politics and a person in place that really should not be in their positions at all. The constant turn over of employment is a big issue too as they can't keep anyone. Issues within their own group and promoting people into positions due to favoritism plays a big role in this company too. So many people have come and left. FLEE before you even consider working for this TERRIBLE company. Your sanity is more important than working for the apartment living part of Toll Bros.
