Pros
It's a Gen Z company with clear SOPs, so it's easy for me to catch up with the work. However, it still depends on how quickly you learn and adapt.
Cons
Sometimes the work environment is so relaxed that it can make it difficult to adjust when you move to another company in the future, especially if the new workplace is more stressful. Although the vibe here is very chill, the job itself is not. The workload is often overwhelming. Overtime is paid, but after a while, you won't even care about the extra pay—you'll just hope you can leave the office earlier because it feels like you've been stuck there all day.
