-Neglectful/Abusive upper management: They will go out of their way to punish the person who lodged an hr complaint instead of doing something about the person the complaint is lodged against. I had proof of workplace fraud being committed by most of my coworkers and I was placed on a paid suspicion instead of punishing those coworkers at fault. -Terrible pay for a clean room job

Check out the Aug 17, 2022 review(not my review by the way) everything in that review is right and is worse. They (upper management ) just don't listen to anything any of us peons has to say. They use up employees, without care for their well-being, then throw them away when they burn out or push back.Also, there is alot of problems like blaming and complaining and jealousy and tattling and bad mouthing between the shifts and even same shift people that seems to be partly caused by or at least ignored by the manager who shouldn't be managing people. She has favorites and everyone can see it, and if you aren't one of her favorites your career advancement and opportunity are nil. She seems to not even care about the people she manage unless you are a favorite.
