Business Outlook
Pros
- The pay is slightly above average, but if you calculate your hourly pay over the long hours you work it won't be worth it - 12% 401k match (employer matches 100% of the first 6%, and 50% of the next 6%) - Office is clean
Cons
- There is little to no onboarding, and every process/system needs to be built from scratch, which creates more work that will cut into your personal life - Management is really lack-cluster, I had multiple instances where management did not understand their own methodologies which lead to unnecessary iterations done on projects - The management claims to want to support it's personel but there is never a root-cause analysis done on why a deadline wasn't made. It always devovles into a blame game
