      Got some of my initial experience with this company. Family environment. Good benefits when I was there.

      Cons

      Lot's of finger pointing and favoritism. Extremely overworked with little pay. No accountability for sales people.

      Lots of responsibility early on in my career. Very soon I was given my own projects to manage.

      Old school thinking. Focused more internal processes than promoting new products.
